Abdominal training for all levels.

In the video above you see a few examples of ab training on different levels that I use with my clients.

First one is with emphasis on extension of the spine and learning how to contract the abdominals and build some foundational strength.

The second is "regular" sit ups.

Third is decline bench sit ups which allows us to "pass the floor" and get a deeper stretch on the abs.

Fourth clip is the GHD-sit up which can be used to go even further and therefore be more challenging.

Fifth clip is the GHD-sit up with added weight. Which needless to say is the hardest out of these variations.
